We were extremely happy with our first home buying experience and can’t recommend Eli enough for everything he has done for us. We look forward to working with him again in the future, either when we are ready to sell, or the next time we are in the market to buy a new home!

We're here to help you start the next chapter of your story

Neville & Suki

We first met Neville and Suki when they were living in Italy and helped them find a rental home in Reston VA before they arrived. Soon after, they reached back out to begin searching for their first home. As first-time home buyers looking for a long-term home to raise their two daughters in, we knew It wouldn’t be easy and we worked tirelessly for a year until we found the perfect home, that we negotiated to meet their budget requirements. Neville and Suki settled on a beautiful new home in North Falls Church, VA near their daughter’s Montessori School in Mclean, VA and minutes to the quaint main street of Falls Church.

Carl is one of the top Financial Advisors in the DC Metro and challenged us to find him a steal of a deal on a bachelor pad in Arlington, VA. After a few months of searching, we identified a unique opportunity to negotiate a significant discount on a brand new two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo for less than what many pay for a 1-bedroom condo nearby. Having attended more than a couple parties he’s hosted, we nailed the bachelor pad, and with the impressive rent he gets on the 2nd bedroom and the recently appreciation, he is also benefiting from a tremendous financial investment.

Brandon & Rachel

Eli and Brandon became friends while Eli was a Consultant for Grant Thornton and was excited for another opportunity to work with a former colleague. Brandon and his girlfriend, Rachel, wanted a newer condo that afforded them some room to grow over the next 3-5 years. After not finding the value they wanted in the Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor, we moved our search further west and found them a beautiful 1BR + den near the East Falls Church Metro in Arlington VA.  Brandon decided that buying his first home wasn’t enough of a milestone and planned a proposal in their new condo, right after they finished signing the paperwork. Little did Rachel know that our final walk-thru the night before was actually spent arranging rose petals and candles.
