  1. I have a home that will go live this week, can it be featured on the Pre-Market Source?

    • We have agreed to post homes that are at least 10 days from going live on the MRIS

  2. What do you need from me to have my property posted?

    • Location - can be exact, neighborhood or block

    • A brief description (50 words or less)

    • One or two photos

    • Pricing - can be a range, TBD, or general “upper $X00’s”

  3. Are there any location restrictions?

    • ARLnow will feature homes in Arlington, Alexandria and Falls Church with some exceptions

    • Popville will feature homes in DC proper only

  4. Do you control comments on these posts?

    • Popville and ARLnow pride themselves on being engagement-centered publications. We are not able to take down any comments that are posted on properties however, we will monitor each post and answer any questions and/or address comments as best as we can

  5. When does the column go live?

    • Columns will go live every other Thursday with ARLnow posting in the morning and Popville posting late afternoon

  6. What does this cost me?

    • There is no cost to have your property featured

  7. Are you trying to represent the seller form these posts?

    • ERG will not make any attempt to represent the property of the property owner without written consent from you

  8. Are you charging a commission if my pre-market listing is sold?

    • Offering a property through our pre-market source channel(s) does not require a pre-arranged commission

  9. Will you send buyers to me directly?

    • Any represented buyers and their agents will be connected with you directly. ERG reserves the right to represent any buyers who do not have a current representation agreement

  10. Can I have the home removed after it has been posted to the Pre-Market Source?

    • Yes, upon written request, ERG will remove a property from the Pre-Market channel(s)
