Eli is licensed in Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. While his dedication to a process-oriented business model allows him to successfully represent clients anywhere in the DMV, he conducts most of his business in Northern VA. As a long-time resident of the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington VA and weekly real estate columnist for Arlington’s ARLnow, Eli should be your first call when considering a purchase, sale, rental, or investment in Arlington. Eli’s broad experience includes condos for first time buyers, sales of single-family homes in the suburbs, rehab projects for investors, new construction, and everything in between.
Eli grew up in Howard County Maryland, received a Finance degree from the University of Maryland Robert H Smith School of Business, spent six years in Management Consulting for Grant Thornton, and lives in Arlington VA (Rosslyn) with his family. His hobbies include real estate, trying to golf, sauna, and all of the other things people include in their bios like: travel, eating, and hanging out with friends!

His 20+ yrs. in corporate marketing leadership roles spanning publishing, boutique consulting and software technology provided him a solid foundation to launch into an exciting real estate career. Brian applies this same disciplined approach when working with his real estate clients.
